Steps:
1. Create MS Doc with page layout,select A4, page setup settings as - Width = 20 cm, Height = 5 cm.
Margins as left = 0 cm, right = 0 cm, top = 0 cm, bottom = 0 cm.
Layout as Header= 0 cm, Footer = 0 cm.
2. Select background color as per your wish
3. Insert shapes to create your banner designs.
4. End result is web banner.
