Today we're making a few quick and easy spritzes - right from my kitchen! I thought this would be a fun one to film at home because you don't need a full bar setup to make these. Spritzes are sessionable drinks with a forgiving template. I'll show you 3 recipes - the Aperol Spritz, the Hugo Spritz, ad the Fino Spritz (an original of mine). THE APEROL SPRITZ RECIPE 3:03
2 oz. (60 ml) Aperol
3 oz. (90 ml) Ruffino Prosecco (or other dry sparkling wine)
1 oz. (30 ml) Topo Chico (or club soda)
Orange wheel for garnish

THE HUGO SPRITZ RECIPE 5:02
1/2 oz. (15 ml) St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
3 oz. (90 ml) Ruffino Prosecco (or other dry sparkling wine)
1 oz. (30 ml) Topo Chico (or club soda)
4-6 mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
Mint sprig and lime wheel for garnish

THE FINO SPRITZ RECIPE 7:55
2 oz. (60 ml) Alvear Fino Sherry
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
3 oz. (90 ml) Ruffino Prosecco (or other dry sparkling wine)
1 oz. (30 ml) Topo Chico (or club soda)
Lemon wheels for garnish
