How to Open Your Third Eye - Remove Blocks to Clairvoyance -
We all have psychic abilities but most of us have been shut down as children, as we were socialized and sent to school. Most of us were taught from an early age to trust the authorities instead of trusting our inner knowing.

Psychic abilities are like a muscle that you need to strengthen and practice. When spiritual awakening happens, psychic abilities often awaken and unlock new awareness. For enhancing clairvoyance, most people need to remove the blocks from seeing clearly. Our clairvoyance is associated with the 3rd Chakra, which is located up and behind the eyes. We are taught to use our mind to think but true clairvoyance (clear seeing) is beyond the mental mind. Our mind is only an analyzer, true wisdom is beyond language and often exists in symbolic images.

When I trained as a clairvoyant, we were taught to step behind our monkey mind into our neutral space between our pineal and pituitary gland. In this space, there is no judgement. So judgement blocks clairvoyance because you are committed to seeing things a certain way versus what IS. Over-identification with others or causes can also block clairvoyance. Clairvoyance requires neutrality so favoritism or preferences about good or bad blocks clairvoyance. Last of all, turning down your emotional energy is also required for clear seeing. Emotions can flood your engine, so to speak, so staying clear means staying in that neutral space.

When training to open your 3rd eye, you cannot have any biases that can cloud your vision. Meditation is a tool to help you release the blocks. It can be hard to psychically see what you don't want to see! This is why the first step to opening the third eye is removing the blocks from seeing clearly. In order to activate your third eye chakra, you must remove the blocks to seeing clearly.
