What Is The Best Mesh Count For Screen Printing Tee Shirts?

This is a quick and very casual video about a question I get very often. Many people have a hard time choosing their mesh count for screen printing tee shirts. They frequently ask a general question about mesh count that goes something like this: “What is the best mesh count?” Sometimes they may explain some details about their print job but most do not. What they are looking for is a universal mesh count. One mesh count that is the “best” for everything. Well there really is no such thing. Meaning we cannot simply blanket all print jobs with the same mesh count screen. Well I have to admit I have seen shops use only 1 mesh count like a 160. However, they are missing out on all the benefits of having different mesh counts. This video briefly explains how I would answer this question for both plastisol and water based inks.
