Recipe :
4 table spoon all purpose flour
1table spoon rice flour
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Baking soda(half from 1/4 tea spoon)
Orange food colour

For sugar syrup :
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
3/4 cardamom
Mix all together and boil it 5/6 minutes
Then switch off the gas and keep it aside

Preparation for jelebi:
Mix all the dry ingredients and add normal temperature water gradually, mix it and make a thick mixture not so think .now transfer the mixture into a plastic bottle .

Now heat the oil and add 1 tablespoon ghee in it and heat the oil on medium temperature ,oil must be heated perfectly but not so hot , now make the jelebi with the help of that plastic bottle, at beginning start with a circle and round it as much circle you want , fry it until golden brown and then shift it to the sugar syrup and soak it about 30/40 seconds, then remove from syrup and transfer it to the plate and enjoy the crispy juicy resmi jelebi!
