Aromatherapy is a useful strategy to help manage anxiety, depression, attention deficit issues, sleep disturbance and many other mind-body conditions. Having an aromatherapy diffuser bracelet is an ideal way to be able to have your aromatherapy on you when you need it- especially when you need it at work or school or traveling! It's right there on your wrist. You can make the braclelets to your own design. In this video, I use gemstone beads that match the energy I want in the bracelet (calm for this demo) and I use essential oils that also match calm energy.

Supplies used in this tutorial:
Elastic cord- I used Stretch Magic .7mm (most bead holes are 1.0mm diameter so a thinner cord is ideal but .5mm cord may break too easy.
Beads- gemstones, glass beads whatever you like. 6mm or 8mm are good sizes for most wrists.
Lava (Basalt) beads (6 or 8mm) to diffuse the aromatherapy
Something to measure your wrist
Bead Tray to layout the beads and design the bracelet
Super Glue (I use Krazy superglue with the brush applicator)
Scissors
Aromatherapy
*don't forget your 'readers'...the beads and bead holes are small 😜
