Wizzair Airbus A321-231 | Fuerteventura to London Luton *Full Flight*

After a few days in the sunny Canaries it was time to head home, back onboard another bargain flight with Wizz air on this new route for them. Flight cost me £23! The route launched in June with 2x weekly flights between Luton & Fuerteventura on Mondays & Fridays.
As with the outbound flight, this was a pretty busy flight heading home. Lots of families and little ones coming home from their holidays so apologies for the background noise. Once boarded, we pushed back ontime for departure towards the north off of FUE's runway 01. Climbing out along the coast and passing over the top of Lanzarote. Some of the volcanic craters of the island quite evident from the sky as we climb. Once airborne I walked down the cabin and there was an empty row at row 27. So I stopped to get some footage from behind the wing, just as we were passing over the Portuguese coastline some incredible views of the white sandy beaches on the Atlantic coast down below. Before our descent we were met with possibly one of the most spectacular sunsets I've seen on a flight! The colour of the sky constantly changing as the sun passes behind various cloud layers as we begin our descent into Luton. An arrival of 2 halves its fair to say. On top of the cloud the last glimmers of sunlight, but below it a rather dark, gusty, stormy evening in Luton. We seemed to time it just off and we enter a heavy downpour just seconds before touching down on LTN's RWY25. As we make our way in you can see quite clearly a band of heavy rain and quite threatening skies around us.

Apologies for the drunk man during the landing shouting "wow". He progressively made more & more of an idiot of himself as the flight went on to the point where him & his girlfriend/wife had a bit of a domestic onboard and she was shouting at him for being embarrassing. It appears he was quite frightened of flying, as he was shouting about being scared during the approach through the clouds when it got turbulent and the touchdown in the storm.
