John Garahy's lecture focuses on Partition, the Four Courts, the Provisional Government, the inception of Saorstát Eireann, and recalls the first women solicitors in Ireland.
This is fifth of six lectures which will run every Thursday at 7.30pm until 18th November.
This lecture series forms part of Cavan County Council’s Decade of Centenaries 2021 and Historian-in-Residence programme and is supported by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media under the Decade of Centenaries 2012-2023 initiative.
