1) Caster sugar 细砂糖 （170g）
2) Water 水 （50g)
3) Whipping cream 鲜奶油 (150g）
4) Butter 黄油 （45g)
5) Sea salt 海盐 （1/4 tsp)

This salted caramel sauce is my favourite, it matches perfectly with everything (Bread, cookies, chocolate, cakes, tarts, ice cream, coffee, milk & etc). Cooking caramel can be daunting, I had burned my caramel many times before successfully making one too. Hence, in this video I will show you the detailed guide to cook caramel so that you won't have to burn your caramel ^^ There are 2 ways of cooking caramel (WET & DRY), this video is showing wet method (with water)
