Titou Gorge | Dominica

Titou Gorge is a must to do and one of the most beautiful spots in Dominica. The swim or tubbing up to the waterfall is no problem for average swimmer. The water is cool and you get used to it once you wet your body.
As you enjoy the short swim, you can enjoy the canopied light filtering down the mountainside.
You are required to wear a float or life vest but going on a tube is optional. The staff are on hands to help you up the pool where the water fall is due the that area being very rocky.

Titou Gorge is also know for its iconic scene in Pirates of the Caribbean where Captain Jack Sparrow is seen tumbling down the gorge in a vine cage.

Wether you swim or tube up, Titou Gorge is truly a beautiful site, perfect for short swimming adventure in the mountains of Dominica.
