[4K] Colorful Extravaganza! MassKara Festival Street Dance in Bacolod | Philippines

Oct 22: Bacolod City, the capital of Negros Occidental province is known as the sugar capital of the Philippines. In fact the annual MassKara Festival has been held every October month since 1980, was its answer to the decline in sugar exports. Now, the MassKara Festival is one of the most famous festivals in the Philippines, making Bacolod as a tourism destination. The most exciting part of the MassKara Festival is the Street Dance Competition, which we were fortunate to witness.
