Poutine Gravy Recipe Part 01 Video. This is the Authentic Canadian Gravy Recipe on the internet. In This recipe, I will show you how to make gravy with chicken stock. Gravy is very simple to make at home and it tastes better.
Follow me and make classic Canadian gravy at home.


🔴 RECIPE: Chicken Gravy

➤ Take the carcase and wings of a chicken and put it on an oiled pan and in the oven for about 30 minutes or until brown.
➤ Put onion, carrot, and celery on an oiled pan and grill them in the oven at 25 for about 10 min.
➤ Take your roasted onion, carrots, and celery in a pot then add roasted carcase and wings of your chicken.

➤ see dirt in the chicken roasting pan. add 1 cup of red wine to that pan then simmer this at medium heat until all the alcohol in the wine is evaporated.
➤ put all the wine in that pot until the pan is nice and clean.
➤ Cover all the ingredients of that pot with water. add parsley, bay leaf, Capricorn. now let it cook for at least 3 hours on low heat.

➤ when you have done, remove all the ingredients and small particles with a clean cloth strainer and you will have delicious chicken stock in the pot which is the base of your chicken gravy.

🔴 Make Roux for Gravy:
➤ 1 quarter cup of unsalted butter
➤ 1 quarter cup of all-purpose flour
➤ after about 2 min. add 2 cups of that chicken stock.
➤ then let it simmer for about 20 minutes so all the ingredients get to know each other.
