This time Goldstein took a while to catch for some reason. He appears to have a wide area along the shore line that you can catch from land or boat. Here is where I got him. Good luck !!!

Goldstein is located South of - Empty Fork Trail Head.

Time of Day - Morning
Rod - Chief Consul (Baitcasting)
Reel - Mediator (Baitcasting)
Line - 66.14 lb (Fluorocarbon)
Lure - Popper size 3
Technique - 3x speed, twitching. Cast, reel for 10-15 seconds and repeat.
