Subaru Crosstrek Rear Strut Replacement

In this video, Steve replaces the rear struts (shocks with a more integrated design) on the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Replacement is pretty straightforward, but it's always good to have a video like this to follow along with! This is the first video on YouTube showing how to replace these on a second generation Crosstrek!

The 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 Subaru Crosstreks should have a very similar setup, but may have some slight differences. The second generation (model years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023) car will match what you see in this video.
