Armor and Amulet stats: Try to get Cooldown Reduction, Damage Reduction (Regular+Close+Bleeding), Total Armor, Maximum Life, Strength.
Ring stats: Life, Damage to Close+Bleeding Enemies, Physical Damage.
Weapon stats: Strength, All Stats, Damage to Close+Bleeding Enemies.

Vulnerable is better, but we apply bleed through thorns damage and I just find that interaction neat, so I'm going for Damage to Bleeding Enemies.
If you want to min-max, go for Vulnerable instead. Switch out out the Blood Rage Paragon Board to Decimate, and the Bloodfeeder Glyph for Exploit.

Pvp is pretty much rock, paper, scissor. Sometimes you kill others in a blink of an eye, other times it happens to you. Meta builds will always be better, so be prepared to get smashed in one hit by Hammer of the Ancients barbarians, and spiked to death by Bone Spear necromancers, prepare for death as you watch your life bar drain in 2 seconds from poison rogues etc.
