ONE SONG GLORY // RENT (ACOUSTIC COVER) // FEMALE/MISCAST VERSION

Hey everyone! This week's video is a video audition I'm submitting for a virtual cabaret that is being put on by my local community theatre. It's a "Miscast" cabaret, meaning performers will sing songs that they love, but would never be cast for.
Rent is my absolute FAVORITE musical. I have a soft spot for Roger Davis, but I obviously would never be cast in the role of Roger in Rent because, well, female. So One Song Glory is something I would never get to perform live if not for a miscast cabaret like this.
Or, unless I decided to play an acoustic cover version of it on my Youtube channel of course.
