Mysteriouslier: Horror at Scryer's Crypt is a story mission in Director's Cut that becomes available in Ava's room at Sanctuary III after completing Mysteriouslier: Ghosts of Karass Canyon. It serves as the conclusion of the Mysteriouslier podcasts as a part of the Director's Cut story missions.

At one point during the mission, the Vault Hunter will be forced into a Crippled state, but unlike other similar instances (such as when it occurs in the Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep in Borderlands 2, there is no timer here and the Vault Hunter is given an automatic second wind once Ava ends the effect.
On subsequent visits, if no enemies are killed before The Seer is reached, The Seer will spawn significantly less Guardians during the fight and will be much easier during phase 3. This however, does mean that getting a second wind during the fight will be much harder.
