Wild Beer Co can be found amongst the green pastures and rolling hills of Somerset. Their beers are brewed using nature, science, and a little Somerset magic, making them oh so memorable and flavoursome. A true farmhouse brewery, taking inspiration from what’s on their doorstep. You can really taste the unorthodox yeasts, unusual ingredients, and funky characters in all their brews, but the Advent special, Kazbak Kodiak, is an especially characterful example.

Tasting notes: The Kazbak hop brings green tea, but you’ll also get some spiciness and a rich depth from the mixed fermentation. Something that’s both heavy on the umami but luxurious and fatty like mussels and chips will be absolute fireworks with this easy drinking but lively pale ale. Happy Christmas!
