ORZ 3 kł Trumienka solarna LED mojej produkcji / Homemade LED solar lamp

Jest to zestaw oświetlenia solarnego LED. Jeśli chodzi o oprawę oświetleniową, to jest to pomniejszona wersja ORZ 3 kł czyli Trumienki. Odrysowałem, następnie nożycami do blachy wyciąłem, blacha ocynkowana stalowa 0,8mm, wyginałem na imadle oraz wierciłem wiertarką stołową. Poszczególne części zostały zlutowane lutownicą oporową. Następnie malowanie i składanie w całość. Źródłem światła w oprawie jest żarówka LED G4 12V 3W 6500K. Wysięgnik jest z rurki aluminiowej Ф16mm, giętej na imadle i na napinaczu paska rozrządu. Jeśli chodzi o obudowę magazynu energii fotowoltaicznej to również była remontowana. Papierkiem ściernym wygładziłem włókno szklane z odchodzących igiełek ze starości, a po wygładzeniu nastąpiło malowanie. W układzie znajduje się bezpiecznik topikowy 6A w słupowym gnieździe BNu 25A 500V, regulator ładowania 10A, akumulator żelowy 12V 5Ah, panel solarny 12V 10W, 3-biegunowy włącznik, który łączy/rozłącza bieguny plusowe, jeden od akumulatora a drugi od panelu solarnego.

This is a solar LED lighting kit. As for the lighting fixture, it is a smaller version of Polish mercury street lamp ORZ 3 kł Coffin. I traced it, then cut it out with sheet metal scissors, a 0.8mm galvanized steel sheet, bent it in a vice and drilled it with a table drill. Individual parts were soldered with a resistance soldering iron. Then painting and putting it together. The light source in the fixture is a G4 12V 3W 6500K LED bulb. The boom is made of an aluminum tube Ф16mm, bent on a vice and on a timing belt tensioner. As for the photovoltaic energy storage casing, it was also renovated. I used sandpaper to smooth the fiberglass from the needles that were falling off due to age, and after smoothing, painting began. The system includes a 6A fuse in a BNu 25A 500V pole socket, a 10A charge regulator, a 12V 5Ah gel battery, a 12V 10W solar panel, a 3-pole switch that connects/disconnects the plus poles, one from the battery and the other from the solar panel.
