Hand-making a prototype kitchen knife!

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to make a kitchen knife, but finding time has just been really hard, until now! This is the 3rd version of this knife and overall I'm quite happy with it! I am working on minor details at this point, and I will soon be looking to make many more of these!
