Ełk, also spelled Ełk in English, is a small city in northeastern Poland with a population of 61,677 people as of December 2021. After belonging to Suwałki Voivodeship from 1975 to 1998, it was assigned to Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship in 1999. Ełk is the county seat of Ełk County.

Orzysz is a town in northeastern Poland, in the Pisz County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, with a population of 7,512 people. It is situated on Orzysz Lake in the Masuria region. In Orzysz, the Polish Armed Forces have a garrison, and there is a proving ground nearby.
