► Sajid Javid was knocked out of the Conservative leadership race earlier today,leaving Jeremy Hunt and Michael Gove are currently battling it out with Boris Johnson – who has had more votes than both of them put together.

It being Westminster and this being the top job, there are naturally rumours of dark arts, dirty tricks and some dramatic score-settling.
