I was first introduced to this by one of my closest friends Darling , who was showing me some popular cosplay tips and tricks that I should try. And she was RIGHT!! These hot glue filigree pieces are incredible, they are flexible, paintable and so far, durable. I can see why they are super popular to add to your outfits!! They do take a little practice and a LOT of glue, I think next time I’ll just stick with the cheaper clear stuff instead of repainting the gold. THERE IS SOME NUANCE: this is not always going to be the right choice for your projects. If you live in hot areas you already know how hot glue acts. Sees with hot lights? Same thing. Liquid latex is a great alternative to this, but you’ll want to make sure you find some with ammonia as that will bleach clothes over time!
