We all get feedback in our day to day life. We all need to learn how to respond to negative criticism. We will get it from our peers, our friends, our bosses, and people at work. I think learning how to deal with criticism at work is the hardest. I don't know about you but I always take feedback to heart and I always think about all the things I do wrong. It's something I'm working on and there have been several things / tips I've implemented in my life and it has helped me IMMENSELY.
