Perfect Skills, Japanese Cake Imagawayaki | Amazing Japanese Street Food

Today I went to see how Imagawayaki, a festival and street food dessert in Japan, is made. The cook had amazing skills and the staff was really nice and friendly. I ordered one of each of the two flavors they sell at this shop.

It is a small shop and it is only possible to buy for take away
-There are small tables close to the are were you can eat
They have two different flavors, Red and White ones.
They keep making new ones around the day depending on demand, so you may be able to see how they prepare them if you wait for a bit
