The cracks start at 9:30 and really deep elbow work at 20:30. I spent more time elbowing the frozen parts of his back to help alleviate his pain, increase blood flow to his stiff muscles, and start working through his adhesions with myofascial work. He needed a lot of time on his middle back and thoracic outlet to help safely prepare him for the stretching exercises.
