Enjoy this easy 40 minute virtual bike ride down the famous Route of the Hiawatha Trail. This scenic 15-mile downhill ride goes through ten tunnels and seven high trestles.

Bike route: This virtual bike ride starts at the East Portal and makes a 2% grade descent to Pearson, Idaho. The route begins at a 1.6 mile tunnel. We edited out most of the first tunnel and some areas on the trail where we are riding into the sun. This ride does give you a good feel for what it’s like to ride the Hiawatha.
