Sedona | Chuckwagon

Riding Chuckwagon in the Dry Creek region of Coconino National Forest in Sedona, AZ. This is a blue trail but has a few technical sections with chunky rock descents and optional drop lines. The main issue with this trail is that it is filled with hikers trying to get to and from Devil's Bridge. After the last turn off to Devil's Bridge you rarely see a hiker (and if you do they are usually lost) but that's 2-2.5 miles into this trail. The last section after Dry Creek is fun as well with some short, chunky descents and ends on a pretty fast, flowy section to the road. Parking can be a nightmare since the lots in the area are small and high hiker traffic fills them up quickly. It's usually best to hit this first thing in the morning or evening.
