2020 sucked. It sucked big time. There is no debate there. But the Covid-19 pandemic also allowed many of us to stop, be still, and reflect on our lives.

Are we where we want to be? Is this the moment when I pursue my dreams? How can I take better care of myself and my health? How can I make sure my family is okay?

These are some of the questions that I asked myself. I dove into projects I wouldn't have otherwise. I spent time with family that I wouldn't have had time for in 'normal' times.

While I have experienced enormous loss -- my dad died from Covid and I lost my job of 7 years traveling around the world directing episodes of TV -- I also gained a tremendous amount of introspection and TIME...something that I never had enough of.

I hope you have had a chance to take this time to reevaluate your health, your life, your well-being. Are you where you want to be? Could this be the optimum time to make those steps towards living the life that you want?

If the Coronavirus has taught us anything, it is that life can stop in a moment. So as we wrap out 2020, let's also be thankful for this time...it may have been just the thing that we needed.
