This documentary charts the rise of the Armagh and Tyrone team's domination the All-Ireland senior football championship and the National League. Armagh won Sam for the first time in 2002 and Tyrone beat Armagh in 2003 to win the Sam Maguire for the very first time.

The documentary researched and presented by RTE's Belfast-based Northern Editor Tommie Gorman also examines the superior physical and mental preparation which allowed Ulster teams to hit harder and more often, and to absorb more punishment.
