This month we will be discussing Lean Consulting. As a consultant, having experience in several industries, I have been asked often what a typical day looks like for me. Consulting for a Lean professional is unique. Usually a Consultant is brought into an organization for a specific reason (audit, skill-set, certification, etc.). As a Lean Consultant, you may find yourself on the shop floor, in Supply Chain, Service, Culture Change, and a myriad of other functions.

Tune in this month as I discuss what we have learned as consultants in the workplace with my friend Sam Walling. We haven't always been successful in our efforts, but the things that Lean has taught us has helped us learn how to be more resilient and able to make other changes to our approach as Lean Consultants.
