This Malayan pit viper was almost fully covered under the bamboo leaves, not actually visible when I walked pass it. I just noticed something moving under those leaves so I took a second look and saw its pointy nose. I decided to set up a camera nearby before disturbing it and used a bamboo stick to check it out but still it strike to where my left foot was located. I believe this snake used those pit organs as heat seekers and that why it could locate my foot instead of the stick. Please watch the entire video to see how it happened. Enjoy :)
