Many questions are in the air right now asking the proverbial question. WHAT went wrong in Atlanta? Honestly there are many people that could have made better decisions. One, why weren't schools closed yesterday? Ok, I understand and know that the storm shifted from it's original path, But I think we should ALWAYS error on the side of caution and safety! Especially when dealing with our children. They didn't ask for any of this, they just wanted to go to school and come home.

Secondly, Our STATE needs to do more to support the local goverment agencies to get the proper equipment to deal with the ice and snow storms here. We know it only happens once every couple years. But we are getting tired of going through this. It is really devastating to have to be stuck in your car for almost 24 hours because you are stuck on the highways.

I am just grateful that I have the option to work from home. Many people had to go in to work even though if they were given the choice, they would be home with their kids. Well I wish all those affected by the storm is safe. Take care!
