♫THE MUSASHI LEGEND (Brave Fencer Musashi) SNES Arrangement - NintendoComplete

This is an arrangement of "The Musashi Legend," Tsuyoshi Sekito's main theme from the 1998 Square-EA PlayStation game, Brave Fencer Musashi. I have arranged it for native playback on SNES hardware, and the audio was recorded directly from a launch model US SNES console.

Brave Fencer Musashi is a hugely underrated game, and the only reason why so many of the people that have played it even know about it is that Square included an exclusive Final Fantasy VIII demo in the case with it. That's too bad, because, at least in my opinion, it was a much better game than FF8 ever was.

And this main theme is one of my favorite tracks in the game. It sounds pretty heroic with its distinctly Japanese style and instrumentation, and it has been in my head ever since I played the game for the first time twenty-two years ago.
