Kirby Cafe is the number 1 themed cafe in Japan. It is very difficult to get a reservation (see tips below). Kirby Cafe is a MUST DO in Japan. Not only is it fun but the food is absolutely a 10. Everything was so good. Get an early reservation cause items like the Kirby Car cake are sold out quickly.

How to reserve a table:

(1) switch to English in the top right corner, if needed
(2) enter the number of people in your party. Pro tip. If you enter a small party of 1 or 2 you will get the main dining table where I sat shooting the video. With a bit of arm twisting I ended up with the front row seat.
(3) go to the month you want to book. As you will notice, it is fully booked. You can ONLY book tickets on the 10th of each month at 6 pm Japan time (ie for August seats you would need to book on July 10 at 5 am Eastern time)
(4) Tickets for the entire month sell are reserved within minutes. Good luck!
Pro tip 1 - you can try going to the restaurant if you are visiting Tokyo Skytree. You will see many people try this. I only saw people being turned away but this place is worth the shot. At worst you get to walk around Tokyo Skytree Town and a very cool mall, Solamachi mall.
Pro tip 2 - try practicing the reservation page starting a couple of months before you go. It took me 3 months to finally get my reservation

If you are unable to reserve a table there are the Kirby Cafe Petit now opening up. The presentation of the food like the Kirby Car are nothing like at the cafe but I'm sure they're delicious. Even at the Petit food stands items sell out by around 3 pm so get there early.
