Phase 1
Take care in your positioning so that if you get hit by Freezing Blast, which is quite hard to see, you won't get knocked off the edge of the ship and instantly die.

The Zandalari captain tells you which side of the ship Kul'Tiran ships are bombarding from. You actually don't want to get rid of the first ship too fast, because the ship bombarding you gives you fire patches you can use to survive Ring of Ice.

If you get too many fire patches or if a fire patch hits a Ballista and disables it, you can use the Avalanche cast on the tank to remove them.

To get rid of a Kul'Tiran ship you'll need to hit it six times with the Ballistas on the side of your ship. Make sure you don't waste shots by firing before the Kul'Tiran ship is close enough to hit.

Kul'Tiran marines set charges on your ship and you'll need to pick them up and hurl them off the edge with your extra action button to avoid dying. Take care you don't get knocked off by freezing blast when doing this.

Ring of Ice is handled by running into a fire patch as it finishes casting to immediately break the root. You can also recovery having no fire patches with a Monk's revival.

At 60% Jaina hits intermission one. AFTER the cutscene jump off the right side of the ship and avoid ice tornadoes and ice balls as you make your way to Jaina and interrupt her, starting phase 2. During the intermission you'll be slowly gaining Chilling Touch stacks over time.

Phase 2
As soon as you hit phase 2 there will be three Broadside debuffs on random players. It's very important these are dropped on top of the Unexploded Ordnance barrels in the room so you can damage them. When the barrel hits zero health it will reset your Chilling Touch stacks if you stand near it, for 15 seconds before exploding for heavy damage. These four barrels will need to last you to intermission 2. You'll want to kill a Barrel immediately since Chllling Touch stacks will be high after passively accruing them in intermission 1.

In phase 2 and 3 Jaina's Glacial Ray and Icefall abilities freeze the ground causing you to take increased chilling touch stacks if you stand on it.

In this phase Avalanche will shoot out small ice shards that root you. Jaina will also face a player and fire a Glacial Ray that does extremely heavy damage and slowly rotates around Jaina.

Icefall marks one of the walls of the room with a giant circle and a giant arrow pointing at a player. After 10 seconds players in the circle instantly die and a line of comets hits across the room in a line, freezing the ground and knocking you back. Jaina will also cast Siegebreaker Blast on a player, who needs to get 40+ yards away from the raid to minimize the damage.

Intermission 2
Before you hit 30% you'll want to raid mark the ground where you entered the phase 2 room. That's where you'll need to be, with all your cooldowns up, when Jaina hits 30%. You'll be able to attack the wall and escape Jaina's Flash Freeze but you'll only have about 15 seconds to do so. You do not want to use Bloodlust here so make sure your CDs are up.

Once the wall is dead you'll be able to attack Jaina's Tide Elemental and Ice Blocked Nathanos. Killing the ice block on Nathanos ends Flash Freeze. You want to delay killing the Ice Block on Nathanos as long as possible because Jaina will follow up Flash Freeze with Arcane Barrage which increases in intensity the longer it goes.

Phase 3
This is by far the hardest phase of the encounter. Jaina keeps Siegebreaker Blast, Broadside, Icefall and Glacial Ray in this phase and you will have no barrels to reset your chilling touch. Jaina will also gain a frontal cone attack called Crystalline Dust.

She also gains the shattering lance ability, which fires a lance at any Frozen player after 10 seconds that does damage in a line and does triple damage to frozen players. Jaina will also spawn prismatic images throughout the phase. You'll want to drag her to them for cleave. The images do nothing except copy Shattering Lance, Icefall and Glacial Ray whenever they are cast. Since they copy lance, they are #1 dps priority to avoid frozen player deaths.

In this phase everyone is going to get frozen, so you want to control it. If you're at 20 stacks and no ice blocks are up, you'll want to intentionally get frozen by standing in her frontal cone so your Ice Block can quickly be killed. If Ice Blocks are already up wait until they're dead before intentionally freezing yourself.

The goal is to avoid having too many people frozen at once. However, eventually (especailly when Siegebreaker Blast comes in) you're going to have a lot of people frozen or both tanks frozen. This is why you've been saving Bloodlust. When Jaina spawns a Prismatic Image and both tanks or a ton of players are frozen, hit Bloodlust and Jaina will cast ice block and take herself out of the fight for 20 seconds. This gives you 20 seconds to get the encounter back under control.

At 5%, you win.
