Using visuals from science trailblazers of the past and his own visual props, Watson details the quirky physics of blood flow and metabolism at the cell level. From this perspective he simplifies the complexity of cellular metabolism by displaying ‘snapshots frozen in time’ of a cell’s real-time use of nutrients, its analog translated to physical performance, as well as its ‘innate immune reaction’ to ischemic conditions.
