JELLYHEAD " WELL TAKE IT ! " "Directors Cut" There is also a 20 min Raw version of the video " Rough Cut" with no music no filer. this is the opposite of that! This is the new full length montage film we made during the summer of 2023 and beginning of 2024. Filmed & Edited by Jonathan Geiter aka "Jellyhead." Sorry the vid is so long! I know trust me! But I wanted to show personality, bails, lifestyle, and lots of Portland Oregon spots and the surrounding areas In a montage style not full part part part and I didn't want the video to be trick trick trick end 20 min vid. "There is also now a vision of this in a 20 min vid! Ha gotta have both! ;) Although that was the original plan for the video. It started as a just for fun 2 min montage, but turned into what it is now a hour long video of PDX Crust Skateboarding! Lots of DIY skate spots & Burnside Skatepark with as many people I could meet up with and film. Super stoked I got to meet so many new people, film and lurking around the city. I wanted this edit to kinda of be like an edited video and a rough cut at the same time to show some of the process of getting clips in Portland for this video. The video was fun and shot in about 6 months, but definitely a lot of time , $$$, and effort went into making this video. Lots to overcome making this video my laptop died right when I started editing the video so had to buy a new one to make this, AND I "thought" I lost one whole card of really good clips about 16gb so super bummed on that, but stuff happens :( if you don't see your clip we filmed I'm super sorry! we gotta go back and film it again for the next SHORTER project I'm working on! ;) " UPDATE I FOUND THE CARD I THOUGHT I LOST AND THOSE CLIPS ARE IN THE NEW VIDEO I JUST RELEASED CALLED " HELLA JELLY! " GO WATCH THAT ONE TOO! Thank you too all that helped me with making the video and people that submitted footage! And Thank you to everyone in the video that worked hard and got clips, and met up and put their body's at risk to help me realize this dream of making another full length skateboard video in Portland Oregon. And my first full-length montage style edit. Thank you for watching in HD 1080p ! Huge reminder to any film makers out there! - ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR FOOTAGE ON A SEPARATE HARD DRIVE! OR SD CARD OR MULTIPLE PLACES TO MAKE SURE IF YOUR COMPUTER CRASHES OR BREAKS DOWN YOU DON'T LOOSE ALL YOUR FOOTAGE!!! FOR REAL IF I DIDN'T BACK UP THE CLIPS ON A HARD DRIVE I WOULD HAVE LOST THE WHOLE VIDEO... just a serious reminder so it doesn't happen to you. Cause it does happen a lot!
