The Peloton bike+ is probably the most popular bike in the indoor cycling market, and the Echelon EX7s is a relatively new indoor bike that happens to currently be the top of the line bike in the Echelon line up.

Both of the indoor cycling bikes have their own unique pro's and con's and in the next few minutes I break down what you can expect from each bike. The Echelon bike is definitely the less expensive bike of the two, and you don't need to use special shoes with the echelon bike with the stock pedals that come on these bikes.

Even though both the echelon bike and the peloton bike are digital magnetic resistance, the peloton bike has auto follow and the currently the echelon ex7s does not offer automatic adjusting resistance, but this may change down the road.

The peloton bike+ display is 2 inches larger, and each display rotates, however they rotate in different ways. Each indoor bike has a sound system with forward facing speakers, but the peloton bike plus has the more powerful speaker system built into the tablet. Each bike can connect bluetooth audio or 3.5mm headphones.
