Today I’m going to show you How to Make Edible Moss without eggs or honey. I already have a video about how to make edible moss on my channel and it’s one of my most viewed videos. The original recipe contains egg and honey and I’ve received a few questions about how to replace them. So, today I will be answering these questions.

INGREDIENTS:
65g unsweetened applesauce
25g sugar
30 ml buttermilk
30g all-purpose flour
1 ¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp white vinegar
Gel food coloring

NOTES:
All the ingredients need to be at room temperature
You can also change the tone and color of the original green color by adding a drop of any other colors.
For a better result use the disposable paper cups.
You can make it in advance and store it in an airtight container in the freezer for a few months. To use it, let it thaw out on the counter.
