Hi!
This one started as a practice as you can see at the start I'm painting from reference. After a while I take the image in my own direction while still looking at the reference at times. This is how I usually practice - Take a reference and then add my own flavour to it.

I hope you like it

P.S. - At some point on the image I just erase the character I was doing and a different one appears - I cut this part of the process because it was simply tedious.
