In this video, we will explain what is the gray rock method and how it works. The gray rock method is a way of being boring and unresponsive with toxic people so that they lose interest in you and leave you alone. It can help you avoid drama, conflict, and harm, and save your emotional resources for yourself.

This video is for the Victim to Warrior community, which is a group of people who have experienced trauma and are seeking to heal and empower themselves. We are John and Melissa, and we are Narcissistic Abuse and Recovery coaches. We have both survived narcissistic relationships and we are here to help you overcome them too.
