Reminiscing one's childhood in the vibrant pool filled with thousands of sprinkles, or trying the locally-inspired dragon playground filled with fun and excitement. Explore the world of ice cream by sprawling on a pink Californian beach.

Opened at Dempsey in August, 2021, the pop-up museum will span 60,000 square feet and feature 14 never-before-seen installations dedicated to the "celebration and experience of enjoying ice cream".
