"The Loop" in Wrightsville Beach is a 2.5 mile paved/sidewalk trail tucked inside the middle of the island. The reason I am running the loop for you in this video is to give you a glimpse into some of the area lifestyle here in the Wilmington NC area.

The loop is a popular place for people to walk, run, or exercise their dogs. Please note that the town of Wrightsville Beach does not allow bicycles on the sidewalks.
