Well there is no FIX, write to amazon and hope to get a key refund.

So by my understanding the cause of this bug is when the purple thing falls on the middle (the thing that makes you silent and not able to use skills) however a friend of mine told me it happened to him on mutation 2 where this purple thing doesn't happen, It happened to me twice once in mutation 7 and mutation 8. The common thing on both were the purple thing landed on the middle so I assume that is the cause?

We tried everything but no use, the key is lost
