IMO:
In The Chase all SR Interception Unit line up is overpowered compared to non-motorpass Dodge.
The Hunt has no p2w problems and well balanced.
KTM 450 EXC Nighthawk Edition from The Agency has best top speed in MX discipline.
Volkswagen Kombi High School Edition from The Game has best top speed in slipstream only.
KTM X-BOW R Spear Racing Edition from USST East currently best AGP car.
USST West has no p2w problems.
Also I think it's very important to have better vehicles (performance or unique) on a high MP tiers. Such things like Lancia S4 on 13, Ford Focus on 49 tiers are frustrating.
