Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken - 200 gms
Basic Spices - Red chilli powder , chicken masala, turmeric, salt (as per taste)
Yogurt - 3 spoons
Butter around 1 and half cup
2 sliced onions
1 sliced tomatoes
3 Kashmiri chilies,
1 star anise,
2 black cardamom pods,
a half-inch piece of cinnamon,
5-6 cloves,
1 spoon of coriander seeds,
2 green cinnamon or half a spoon of green cinnamon powder,
half a spoon of ginger-garlic paste,
a few cashew nuts,
half a spoon of kasuri methi.
