FUKUSUKE is a famous soba restaurant in Tonami. The wait times for weekend lunch can be quite long, so be prepared! Inside is spacious, serene and traditional. You can order zaru soba or hot soba. I highly recommend the tempura, which is deep-fried crispy with a light batter, and fresh vegetables. You get seaweed infused salt and Shiso infused salt in case you want something additional to the tempura Tsuyu sauce. I also recommend the egg maki roll, which has great umami and is incredibly fluffy. And the soba pudding is simply divine! Had me licking the spoon!
