EDIT: Asian folks have asked that you don't call Asian people (in general, not just asian characters) snakes. please don't try to call other characters 'snakes' or any kind of animal to 'compare' Sayaka's treatment in fandom to other characters; this is still dehumanising and racist.

here's a post from an Asian person explaining why the terminology is racist, and any 'alternative' that still ultimately calls or compares an Asian character to an animal is also racist. i'm sure even if my video didn't change your mind, you can find non-racist ways of expressing your mind. though it is too late for the video itself and i can only apologise for using the words in this video, even if i'm denying the connection, i have changed the title to reflect this.
