In this video we walk around the suburb of Dayton in Perth, Western Australia.

This is a relatively new suburb but a lot of the houses looked to be a lot older than they should due to the shoddy workmanship of the builders as well as the many unkept gardens.

We were surprised to see the shopping centre hadn't been completed - even two years after the advertised completion date.

Dayton is close to a train station and major arterial roads but you do have to travel to get your shopping.
